Remote Learning Day - Tuesday, Feb 18, 2025

Due to the inclement weather, Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025, will be a Remote Learning Day for all Omaha Public Schools students.

Omaha Public Schools Foundation Kids Club will also be closed.

The Omaha Public Schools Teacher Administrative Center (TAC) will be open. 

This change is only for Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025. Stay connected to this page, www.ops.org/alerts, for the latest information as weather forecasts develop for the rest of this week.

Remote Learning Day - Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025

Due to the Winter Storm Warning and forecast for inclement weather, all Omaha Public Schools students will have a Remote Learning Day on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025.

The Teacher Administrative Center (TAC) will be closed.

Omaha Public Schools Foundation Kids Club & ECE PreK will also be closed.

Stay safe and warm.

Providing programs to support OPS students every day

  • Providing elementary students with safe, fun spaces to start and end their day; providing families with accessible, licensed childcare professionals.

  • Providing planned educational programming for children ages 4-5 that will equip them with the skills and knowledge needed for kindergarten readiness.

  • Enriching students' lives by funding learning experiences that inspire hope, open doors and help students to achieve their dreams.
