Will Kids Club be available for 20/21 school year?


Yes, we will be operating following the 3:2 OPS model.   Your child(ren) must be registered in advance for Kids Club.  We have limited space available at each designated site.  Children will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Is there a charge for Kids Club?

Yes. There is a $30.00 annual registration fee per child.

Parents/guardians are charged a flat rate of $75 for weekly of access to Kids Club.   Also, if you take advantage of all available hours it averages $4.00 which is less than last school year’s hourly rate of $4.25.

Do I have to pay extra for breakfast, snacks, or extra projects?

No. Children participate in regular school breakfast. There is no extra charge for afternoon snacks or special projects.

How do I know what to pay?

Parents/guardians are charged a flat rate of $75 for two weeks of access to Kids Club.  Parents/Guardians who have provided an email address will receive their invoices via email weekly.

For parents/guardians unable to receive emails Kids Club will provide a billing statement at your designated site every other Friday, if you do not attend on Fridays it will be available on that following Monday.

Checks or money orders will be accepted at the Kids Club site. No cash is accepted at your designated site.

Cash payments must be made at the Kids Club Office, located at 3861 Farnam Street, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Credit and debit card payments can be made online or contacting Kids Club at 402-502.3032.

Kids Club now offers auto payment options for families.  You can setup weekly auto payments via checking, savings, most debit cards and credit cards.

Who takes care of the children?

There is a Director at each site. There are additional staff members to make up a 1:15 pm adult to child ratio. All staff members meet or exceed the qualifications set by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Is Kids Club licensed?

Yes. All sites are fully licensed by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, and governed by their regulations.

 Will Kids Club sites be open on non-school days (consolidated days)?

No consolidated days will be available for 20/21 until further notice.

 What happens if I’m late picking up my child/children?

There is a $15.00 fee for every 15 minutes per child after 6:00 pm.
